Nadya is the editor of Art & Market (A&M), a multimedia platform that presents specialist content on Southeast Asian art, focusing on its community’s artistic, business and curatorial pursuits, as well as Fashion & Market (FAM), which features the interdisciplinary work of Southeast Asian fashion practitioners.

Together with Daniela Monasterios-Tan, Nadya runs a vodcast In the Vitrine, as part of FAM, where they talk about the business, culture and pleasures of fashion in Singapore, Asia and beyond. Independently, she is the host of From A to Zig-Zag, a podcast spotlighting creative practices in Southeast Asia.

Since 2013, Nadya has been teaching in the BA(Hons) Fashion Design and Textiles and BA(Hons) Fashion Media and Industries programmes at LASALLE College of the Arts. She oversees the Cultural and Contextual Studies curriculum, and teaches fashion history and theories, as well as academic reading and writing. As the industry liaison for the School of Fashion, she prepares undergraduates for internships and employment opportunities. Nadya is also a thesis supervisor for the MA Asian Art Histories and MA Arts Pedagogy and Practice programmes.

In June 2022, Nadya received her PhD in History of Art from the Courtauld Institute of Art.

Nadya organised the annual Documenting Fashion conference at The Courtauld Research Forum, in collaboration with Fashion & Market in May 2023. Titled "Front and (Off-)Centre: Fashion and Southeast Asia", it was the first of its kind on fashion and the region, featuring academic and industry presentations from over 20 speakers.
